Need inspiration for your next festival adventures? We have got some interesting ideas that maybe you never knew existed. Just check out these awe-inspiring festivals:
Suffice to say that partying on what was the world’s third largest cruise ship when built is extravagant. Imagine that currently, it is also hosting the Holy Ship! dance festival which departs from Florida each year. It will take place with two lineups (sailings) next year in January. The ship goes on route to the Bahamas and will bombard you with 60 hours of some of the biggest dance acts on the planet.
70000 Tones a Rock Boat
Repeat the above feat again on a separate cruise ship but for Metal fans. Well, not just any ship. 70000 Tons on a Rock Boat is on a ship called ‘The Independence of the Seas’ and it hosts the world’s biggest open-air stage on a boat, the ‘Pool Deck’ stage. It even has a Gothic themed nightclub meaning that lovers of festivals, metal and cruise ships will be endlessly entertained.
Durango Blues Train
So if cruise ships weren’t exciting enough for you how about a festival in the San Juan mountains in the Rockies? Get down and dirty with the Durango Blues train. It’s helplessly intimate as you listen to real blues and ride an actual steam train through the Silverton_Narrow_Gauge_Railroad. It’s blues as it was meant to be as long as you consider the guys shovelling away at those tracks whilst you listen to the screeches of the track and slide guitar from hell.
